W nawiązaniu do Raportu 29/2014, przedstawiającego procedury zmiany kraju siedziby, Rada Administracyjna AerFinance SE („Emitent”) informuje, iż w dniu dzisiejszym (tj. 04.02.2015) pełnomocnik Spółki otrzymał od angielskiego Departamentu ds. Biznesu, Innowacji i Umiejętności certyfikat potwierdzający wykonanie wszelkich kroków formalnych w sprawie przeniesienia siedziby Emitenta do Polski. W najbliższym czasie pełnomocnik spółki złoży niezbędne dokumenty w Krajowym Rejestrze Sądowym celem rejestracji Spółki na terenie RP. Transfer siedziby Emitenta do Polski zostanie ukończony wraz z momentem rejestracji spółki przez KRS.

With reference to the Report 29/2014, representing the procedure for amending the country of residence, the Administrative Board AerFinance SE ("Issuer") informs that today (ie. 04.02.2015) the Company's attorney received from the English Department for Business, Innovation and Skills certificate confirming the performance of formal steps in the transfer Issuer’s to Polish. In the near future the company will deliver the necessary documents to the Polish Companies Registry to register the Company in Poland. The Transfer will become effective when the Polish Companies Registry registers the Company in Poland.
