The Board of Directors of Agroliga Group PLC informs that the date of publication of consolidated annual report for year 2010 was changed. Due to delays in the audit of financial statements by auditors, the consolidated annual report for the full year 2010 will be published on 30 June 2011 instead of 15 June 2011.

Other dates of publication of periodic reports in 2011 remain unchanged.
