Agroliga group has signed agreement with Noble Securities, in order to transfer Group's shares from New Connect to the main market of Warsaw Stock Exchange at the end of 2013 or at the very beginning of 2014. Details will be available soon.

Noble Securities, is a Polish brokerage house participating in Polish capital market since 1994. It offers IPO, bond issue and brokerage service for the individual and institutional customers. It offers Forex transaction by Noble Markets platform. As off this year Noble Securities offers for institutional investors share's trading on the Warsaw stock exchange. In 2012 Noble Securities raised for corporate clients from the capital market more than 1,8 mld zł (EUR 450 million). Noble Securities offers service through internet, and in 23 branches across Poland.
