The Management Board of BGS Energy Plus reports the incidental violation of the rule stipulated in paragraph 6 point 14.2 of the Appendix 3 to the ATS Rules. The Company's Annual Report for 2012Y was published on 30 May 2013 instead of previously announced date - 7 June 2013. The Company didn't inform about the change in the date of publication of that report in due time.
