The Company Management Board Meeting held on August 22, 2011 in Prague has approved the rules and implementation of the Employee Stock Option Plan (hereinafter "ESOP"). The ESOP Program took effect from August 30, 2011.
Legal Basis: Article 3, Section 1 of Exhibit 3 to the Alternative Trading System Rules.
