The Management Board of iCom Vision Holding a.s. ("Company") informs that on 22 March 2011, on the basis of Resolution 347/2011 of the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange ("WSE"), the Management Board of the WSE has designated 23 March 2011 as the first day of trading for 1.000.000 series C ordinary bearer shares of the Company that are being introduced to trading on NewConnect, the alternative trading system operated by the WSE.
