The Management Board of iCom Vision Holding a.s. (“Company") informs that on the basis of Resolution 333/2011 of the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange, 1.000.000 Series C ordinary bearer shares of the Company, with a nominal value of CZK 2,00 (PLN 0,32) each, have been approved for introduction to trading on the NewConnect alternative trading system.

Legal basis: Article 3, Point 1 of Exhibit 3 of the Alternative Trading System Rules, as adopted by Resolution Nr. 147/2007, dated 1 March 2007, and amended by Resolution Nr. 733/2009, dated 18 December 2009, of the Warsaw Stock Exchange Management Board.
