Acquisition of 600 kWp ground-mounted PV project in Germany / Nabycie projektu PV of mocy 600 kWp w Niemczech

The Management Board of Photon Energy a.s. announces that on 13 November 2011 Photon DE SPV 4 GmbH, fully owned by the Company, signed an agreement with LuzSolar GmbH to acquire the project rights for the construction of a 600 kWp ground-mounted photovoltaic power plant located in the municipality of Herzberg, Germany.
The construction works are starting immediately and are expected to finish before the year-end in order to secure the current feed-in-tariff of EUR 0.2111/kWh. The grid connection is scheduled for January 2012.
Photon Energy and its board members are unrelated to the principals of the contractual party.

Zarząd Photon Energy a.s. informuje, że w dniu 13 listopada 2011 r., spółka Photon DE SPV 4 GmbH, w 100% zależna od Emitenta, podpisała umowę z LuzSolar GmbH, przedmiotem której jest nabycie praw do projektu budowy elektrowni fotowoltaicznej naziemnej o mocy 600 kWp zlokalizowanej w mieście Herzberg, w Niemczech.
Prace konstrukcyjne zostaną rozpoczęte natychmiast po podpisaniu umowy a ich zakończenie przewidziane jest do końca roku 2011, celem zabezpieczenia obecnie obowiązujących taryf gwarantowanych (feed-in-tariff) w wysokości EUR 0.2111/kWh. Podłączenie do sieci planowane jest w styczniu 2012 r.
Photon Energy oraz członkowie jego organów statutowych nie są w żaden sposób powiązani ze stroną umowy.
Podstawa prawna: § 3 ust. 2 Załącznika Nr 3 do Regulaminu Alternatywnego Systemu Obrotu - "Informacje bieżące i okresowe przekazywane w alternatywnym systemie obrotu na rynku NewConnect".
