The result of the public tender in Ruda Slaska, Poland / Informacja o przetargu w Rudzie Śląskiej

The Management Board of Photon Energy a.s. announces that on 27 October 2011 it received information from the Company Ren Craft Sp. z o.o. that the offer which the Company's subsidiary Photon Engineering s.r.o. placed together with RenCraft Sp. z.o.o in the public tender to design and construct 311 kWp PV photovoltaic installation, was selected as the winning one.
The investor is the water utility Gornoslaskie Przedsiebiorstwo Wodne seated in Katowice (GPW) while the PV roofftop installation is to be built on the premises of GPW in Ruda Slaska. The project to be co‐financed from the Operational Regional Fund of the Silesia region.
The agreement is to be signed on 28 October 2011. The timeline of the project is six months since the day of signing this agreement.
Photon Energy is not a proceeding party in this public tender but only the partner of Ren Craft Sp. z o.o. which is the bidder in the tender.
Legal basis: § 3 ust. 1 of the Appendix 3 to Regulations of the Alternative Trading System - "Current and Periodical Information in the Alternative Trading System".

Zarząd Photon Energy a.s. informuje, że w dniu 27 października 2011 r., otrzymał informację od Spółki RenCraft Sp. z o.o., iż oferta, którą RenCraft Sp. z o.o. złożył w przetargu publicznym na zaprojektowanie i budowę 311 kWp instalacji fotowoltaicznej, a w której Photon Engineering s.r.o. spółka córka w 100% zależna od Emitenta jest jej partnerem, została wybrana jako najkorzystniejsza.
Zamawiającym jest Górnośląskie Przedsiębiorstwo Wodociągów S.A. z siedzibą w Katowicach (GPW), a instalacja ma powstać na obiekcie technicznym GPW w Rudzie Śląskiej. Projekt współfinansowany jest ze środków Regionalnego Programu Operacyjnego Województwa Śląskiego.
Umowa z Zamawiającym zostanie podpisana dnia 28 października. Harmonogram projektu przewiduje budowę instalacji w ciągu 6 miesięcy od daty podpisania umowy.
Photon Energy nie jest stroną w niniejszym postepowaniu przetargowym ale partnerem firmy RenCraft Sp. z o.o.
Podstawa prawna: § 3 ust. 2 Załącznika Nr 3 do Regulaminu Alternatywnego Systemu Obrotu - "Informacje bieżące i okresowe przekazywane w alternatywnym systemie obrotu na rynku NewConnect".
