Acquisition of project rights for 340 KWp of rooftop PV installation in Germany / Nabycie praw do projektu FV o mocy 340 KWp, w Niemczech

The Management Board of Photon Energy a.s. announces that on 30 June 2011 the company's fully-owned subsidiary Photon DE SPV 1 GmbH signed agreements with Luz Solar GmbH to acquire the project rights for six rooftop sites in Ückermünde, Demmin and Altentreptow in the north-eastern German state of Mecklenburg Vorpommern with a total installed capacity of 340 KWp.
The installation of the projects is expected to be completed before the end of 2011Q3. The project sizes range from 29.9 to 182.4 KWp, which means that the applicable feed-in-tariff would be in the range from EUR 0.2586 to EUR 0.2874 per KWh.
Photon Energy and its board members are unrelated to the principals of the contracting party.

Zarząd Photon Energy a.s. informuje, że w dniu 30 czerwca 2011 r., spółka córka Photon DE SPV 1 GmbH w 100% zależna od Emitenta, podpisała umowę z Luz Solar GmbH, której przedmiotem jest nabycie praw do projektów budowy sześciu instalacji dachowych o całkowitej mocy 340 KWp i zlokalizowanych w Ückermünde, Demmin oraz Altentreptow w północno-wschodnich Niemczech, w kraju związkowym Mecklenburg Vorpommern.
Budowa niniejszych instalacji powinna zostać ukończona przed końcem 3 kwartału 2011 r. Rozmiar poszczególnych projektów waha się od 29.9 do 182.4 KWp, co oznacza, że taryfa gwarnatowana będzie mieścić się w przedziale od EUR 0.2586 do EUR 0.2874 za KWh.
Photon Energy oraz członkowie jego organów nie są w żaden sposób powiązani ze stroną umowy.
Podstawa prawna: § 3 ust. 2 Załącznika Nr 3 do Regulaminu Alternatywnego Systemu Obrotu - "Informacje bieżące i okresowe przekazywane w alternatywnym systemie obrotu na rynku NewConnect".
