Change of the reporting date of annual report / Zmiana terminu publikacji raportu rocznego

The Management Board of Photon Energy a.s. informs that the date of publication of entity and consolidated annual reports for year 2010 were changed. The entity annual report and consolidated annual report for the full year 2010 will be published on 22 June 2011 instead of 15 June 2011, as announced previously in EBI report 40/2011 as of 29 May 2011.
Other dates of publication of periodic reports in year 2011 remain unchanged.

Zarząd Photon Energy a.s. w nawiązaniu do opublikowanego w dniu 29 maja 2011 r. raportu bieżącego EBI numer 40/2011 dotyczącego zmiany daty publikacji raportu rocznego w roku 2011 informuje, że jednostkowy raport roczny oraz skonsolidowany raport roczny za rok obrotowy 2010, zostaną przekazane do wiadomości publicznej w dniu 22 czerwca br., a nie jak zostało to wcześniej opublikowane w dniu 15 czerwca br.
Pozostałe terminy publikacji raportów okresowych w 2011 r. pozostają bez zmian.
Podstawa prawna: § 6 ust. 14. 2 Załącznika nr 3 do Regulaminu Alternatywnego Systemu Obrotu) "Informacje bieżące i okresowe przekazywane w alternatywnym systemie obrotu na rynku NewConnect".
