The supervisory board of Photon Energy a.s. has on 12 May 2009 held a meeting at which it accepted the resignation of John Vax as a member of the supervisory board, which has immediate effect. The supervisory board has not co-opted a new member to fill the vacant position. Mr. Vax's replacement will be elected and appointed at Photon Energy's next Annual General Meeting.
