Change of the reporting date of the annual report / Zmiana terminu publikacji raportu rocznego

The Management Board of Photon Energy a.s. informs that the entity and consolidated annual reports for year 2011, including the auditor's opinion, will be published on 2 August 2012 and not on 15 August 2012, as announced in EBI report number 31/2012.
Legal basis: § 6 ust. 14.2 of the Appendix 3 to Regulations of the Alternative Trading System - "Current and Periodical Information in the Alternative Trading System".

Zarząd Photon Energy a.s. informuje, że jednostkowy raport roczny oraz skonsolidowany raport roczny za rok obrotowy 2011, wraz z opinią biegłego rewidenta, zostaną opublikowane dnia 2 sierpnia 2012 r., zamiast dnia 15 sierpnia 2012 r., jak informowała Spółka w raporcie EBI nr 31/2012.
Podstawa prawna: § 6 ust. 14. 2 Załącznika nr 3 do Regulaminu Alternatywnego Systemu Obrotu) "Informacje bieżące i okresowe przekazywane w alternatywnym systemie obrotu na rynku NewConnect".
