The Management Board of Photon Energy a.s. publishes the annual report for the period from 1 January 2011 until 31 December 2011, including the audited consolidated financial statements prepared in accordance with International Financial and Reporting Standards, and the auditor's opinion.
Legal basis: § 5 ust. 1 of the Appendix 3 to Regulations of the Alternative Trading System - "Current and Periodical Information in the Alternative Trading System".

Zarząd Photon Energy a.s. przekazuje w załączeniu raport roczny za okres od 1 stycznia do 31 grudnia 2011 roku, wraz ze zbadanymi skonsolidowanymi sprawozdaniami finansowymi przygotowanymi zgodnie z Międzynarodowymi Standardami Rachunkowości oraz opinią biegłego rewidenta.
