The Management Board of Phoenix Energy a.s. publishes as an attachment the public tender offer of the Shares Purchase Agreement pursuant to Section 183a of the act no. 513/1991 Coll., the Commercial Code, as amended, received on 5 April 2013 from Minority Shareholders Photon Energy B.V. and addressed to the minority shareholders in Phoenix Energy a.s.
Additionally the Management Board publishes a joint view of the Board of Directors and Supervisory Board of Phoenix Energy a.s. to the proposed public tender offer, in accordance with section 183a (4) of the Commercial Code.
Legal basis: § 3 ust. 1 of the Appendix 3 to Regulations of the Alternative Trading System - "Current and Periodical Information in the Alternative Trading System".
