The Management Board of Phoenix Energy a.s. informs that “Public tender offer of the Shares Purchase Agreement, pursuant to Section 183a of the act no. 513/1991 Coll., the Commercial Code, as amended, to shareholders in Phoenix Energy a.s." announced by Minority Shareholders Photon Energy B.V. was published on 12 April 2013 in the Commercial Gazzette and on the website of Phoenix Energy a.s. (www.phoenixenergy.as). Since the date of its Publication, the public tender offer for shares in Phoenix Energy a.s. is opened and the binding period lasts until 15 May 2013, 15:00 CET.
Investors interested in accepting the tender offer, are kindly requested to contact KBC Securities N.V. Polish branch or investor relations department of the Company.
