The Management Board of Photon Energy N.V. (“Company") informs that on 16 October 2013 on the basis of Resolution 1227/2013 of the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange, 27,000,000 (twenty seven million) ordinary shares of the Company, with a nominal value of EUR 0.01 each, have been approved for introduction to trading on the NewConnect alternative trading system.
Legal basis: § 3 point 1. of the Appendix 3 to Resolutions of the Alternative Trading System "Current and Periodical Information in the Alternative Trading System".

Zarząd Photon Energy N.V. ("Spółka") informuje, iż w dniu 16 października 2013 r. Zarząd Giełdy Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie S.A. podjął uchwałę Nr 1227/2013 w sprawie wprowadzenia do alternatywnego systemu obrotu na rynku NewConnect, następujących 27.000.000 (dwadzieścia siedem milionów) akcji zwykłych Spółki, o wartości nominalnej 0,01 EURO (jeden eurocent) każda akcja.
Podstawa prawna: §3 ust. 1 Załącznika Nr 3 do Regulaminu Alternatywnego Systemu Obrotu "Informacje bieżące i okresowe przekazywane w alternatywnym systemie obrotu na rynku NewConnect".
