The Management Board of Photon Energy N.V. ("Company") informs that on 12 November 2013, on the basis of Resolution 1298/2013 of the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange ("WSE"), the Management Board of the WSE has designated 15 November 2013 as the first day of trading for 27,000,000 ordinary shares of the Company that are being introduced to trading on NewConnect, the alternative trading system operated by the WSE.

Legal basis: § 3 point 1. of the Appendix 3 to Resolutions of the Alternative Trading System "Current and Periodical Information in the Alternative Trading System".

("Spółka") informuje, iż w dniu 12 listopada 2013 roku, Zarząd Giełdy Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie S.A., podjął uchwałę Nr 1298/2013 w sprawie określenia 15 listopada 2013 roku, jako pierwszego dnia notowania w alternatywnym systemie obrotu na rynku NewConnect 27.000.000 akcji zwykłych Spółki.
