Change of the reporting date of the annual report / Zmiana terminu publikacji raportu rocznego

The management board of Photon Energy N.V. informs that the entity and consolidated annual reports for the year 2013, including the auditor's opinion, will be published on 27 May 2014 and not on 30 June 2014, as announced in EBI report number 32/2013.
Legal basis: § 6 ust. 14.2 of the Appendix 3 to Regulations of the Alternative Trading System - "Current and Periodical Information in the Alternative Trading System".

Zarząd Photon Energy N.V. informuje, że jednostkowy raport roczny oraz skonsolidowany raport roczny za rok obrotowy 2013, wraz z opinią biegłego rewidenta, zostaną opublikowane dnia 27 maja 2014 r., zamiast dnia 30 czerwca 2014 r., jak informowała Spółka w raporcie EBI nr 32/2013.
Podstawa prawna: § 6 ust. 14.2 Załącznika nr 3 do Regulaminu Alternatywnego Systemu Obrotu) "Informacje bieżące i okresowe przekazywane w alternatywnym systemie obrotu na rynku NewConnect".
