Change in the application of Good Practices/ Zmiana zakresu stosowania Dobrych Praktyk

The Management Board of Photon Energy N.V. informs that on 27 May 2014 it decided that the Issuer discontinue the application of rule No 9.1 of "Good Practices of Companies Listed on NewConnect", i.e. the information about the total amount of remuneration of all members of the management board due to preservation of confidentiality.
Legal basis: §4 ust. 4 of the Appendix 3 to Regulations of the Alternative Trading System - "Current and Periodical Information in the Alternative Trading System".

Zarząd Photon Energy N.V. informuje, iż w dniu 27 maja 2014 r. postanowił o zaprzestaniu stosowania przez Emitenta Dobrej Praktyki Spółek Notowanych na NewConnect nr 9.1, czyli informacji na temat łącznej wysokości wynagrodzeń wszystkich członków zarządu, z uwagi na zachowanie poufności.
