Photon Energy N.V. completed merger with Photon Energy Investments N.V. / Photon Energy N.V. zakończył proces połączenia z Photon Energy Investments N.V.

The management of Photon Energy N.V. informs that on 14 August 2014 it has completed the merger with fully-owned subsidiary Photon Energy Investments N.V. („PEINV“), which had been announced in June. The management expects no significant changes for shareholders and bondholders. Photon Energy N.V. has now become a legal successor and has taken over all obligations towards bondholders of Photon Energy Investments N.V., such as coupon payments on the 8% corporate bond and investor communication. All the information published in PEINV’s investor reports will be incorporated in Photon Energy’s periodic investor reports. The merger shall have no impact on consolidated financial statements of Photon Energy N.V. Group, as Photon Energy Investments N.V. was fully consolidated.

Zarząd Photon Energy N.V. informuje, że dnia 14 sierpnia 2014 r. zakończono proces połączenia ze spółką zależną Photon Energy Investments N.V. („PEINV“), który został ogłoszony w czerwcu br. Niniejszym Photon Energy N.V.został prawnym sukcesorem i przejął wszystkie zobowiązania wobec swoich obligatariuszy, łącznie z wypłatą 8-procentowego kuponu oraz komunikacją z inwestorami. Wszystkie informacje publikowane w raportach PEINV zostaną włączone do raportów okresowych Photon Energy N.V. Połączenie nie powinno mieć wpływu na skonsolidowane sprawozdania finansowe Grupy, ponieważ Photon Energy Investments N.V. był w całości konsolidowany.
