Zarząd Spółki Planet Soft S.A. z siedzibą we Wrocławiu (“Emitent", “Spółka") informuje o incydentalnym naruszeniu przez Emitenta zasady nr 16a Dobrych Praktyk Spółek Notowanych na NewConnect w zakresie nieterminowego przekazania raportów bieżących EBI nr 37/2013 z dnia 05 września 2013 r. dot. Otrzymania postanowienia o wpisie do KRS Spółki w zakresie zmiany adresu siedziby.
Powodem opóźnienia były przyczyny techniczne nie leżące po stronie Spółki, które miały miejsce w dniu 04 września 2013 r., uniemożliwiające zalogowanie się operatora Emitenta do systemu EBI. Spółka dokonała niezwłocznej publikacji raportów bieżących EBI nr 37/2013 w dniu 5 września 2013 r.
Mając na uwadze dotychczasowe rzetelne i staranne wypełnianie obowiązków informacyjnych przez Emitenta, Spółka zapewnia, że zaistniała sytuacja miała charakter incydentalny, a także deklaruje dalsze terminowe wywiązywanie się z obowiązków informacyjnych, a także dołożenie wszelkich starań, aby zaistniała sytuacja nie powtórzyła się w przyszłości.

Board of Directors of Planet Soft PLC located in Wrocław (the "Issuer" or "the Company") announces the incidental breach by the Issuer of Rule 16a Good Practices of Companies Listed on NewConnect of delayed transfer of current EIB No. 37/2013 of the 5th of September 2013 concerning the provisions of Receipt entry in the National Court Register Company's registered office address changes
The reason for the delay were technical reasons not attributable to the Company, which took place on the 4th of September 2013, to prevent log on to the system operator Issuer EIB. The company has made rapid publication of current EIB No. 37/2013 on the 5th of September 2013.
Given the current fair and thorough fulfillment of disclosure by the Issuer, the Company ensures that the situation was a step further and declares timely fulfillment of reporting obligations and to make every effort to ensure that the situation was not repeated in the future.

Section 16a of Appendix 1 to Resolution No. 795/2008 of the Management Board dated 31 October 2008 "Best Practices NewConnect companies", as amended by Resolution No. 293/2010 of the Management Board of the Warsaw of 31 March 2010 on the amendment of the "Best Practices of Companies Listed on NewConnect".
Powodem opóźnienia były przyczyny techniczne nie leżące po stronie Spółki, które miały miejsce w dniu 04 września 2013 r., uniemożliwiające zalogowanie się operatora Emitenta do systemu EBI. Spółka dokonała niezwłocznej publikacji raportów bieżących EBI nr 37/2013 w dniu 5 września 2013 r.
Mając na uwadze dotychczasowe rzetelne i staranne wypełnianie obowiązków informacyjnych przez Emitenta, Spółka zapewnia, że zaistniała sytuacja miała charakter incydentalny, a także deklaruje dalsze terminowe wywiązywanie się z obowiązków informacyjnych, a także dołożenie wszelkich starań, aby zaistniała sytuacja nie powtórzyła się w przyszłości.
