Zarząd Planet Soft S.A. z siedzibą we Wrocławiu (“Emitent", “Spółka") informuje, iż w dniu 3 września 2013 r. otrzymał postanowienie z sądu rejonowego dla Wrocławia-Fabrycznej we Wrocławiu, VI Wydział Gospodarczy Krajowego Rejestru Sądowego, z dnia 28 sierpnia 2013 r. o wpisie w Krajowym Rejestrze Sądowym dotyczącym Spółki, w zakresie zmiany adresu siedziby na: ul. Racławicka 15/19, 53-149 Wrocław.
O fakcie zmiany adresu siedziby Spółki, Zarząd Emitenta informował raportem bieżącym EBI nr 26/2013 z dnia 11 czerwca 2013 r.

Raclawicka 15/19 53-149 Wroclaw.
The fact of change registered address of the Company, the Board of the Issuer EIB current report No. 26/2013 of 11th of June 2013.
