Zarząd Planet Soft S.A. z siedzibą we Wrocławiu ("Emitent", "Spółka") informuje, że dokonuje zmiany terminu publikacji raportu kwartalnego za III kwartał 2013 r. Zgodnie z raportem bieżącym EBI Spółki nr 1/2013 z dnia 21 stycznia 2013 roku termin publikacji raportu kwartalnego za III kwartał 2013 r. przypadał na dzień 12 listopada 2013 r.
W związku z powyższą zmianą, nowy termin publikacji raportu kwartalnego za III kwartał 2013 r. został ustalony na dzień 14 listopada 2013 r.
Pozostałe terminy przekazywania raportów okresowych Spółki pozostają bez zmian.
Podstawa prawna: § 6 ust. 14.2 Załącznika Nr 3 do Regulaminu Alternatywnego Systemu Obrotu "Informacje Bieżące i Okresowe przekazywane w Alternatywnym Systemie Obrotu na rynku NewConnect.
Planet Soft Management S.A. of Wrocław (the "Issuer" or "the Company") announces that it is changing the date of publication of the quarterly report for the third quarter of 2013, according to the Current Report (EBI) No. 1/2013 of the 21st of January 2013. The deadline for the publication of the quarterly report for the third quarter of 2013, fell on the 12th November 2013.
In connection with this change, a new release date of the quarterly report for the third quarter of 2013 was established on the 14th of November 2013.
Other dates for periodic reports will remain unchanged.
