Incydentalne naruszenie zasady 16a Dobrych Praktyk Spółek Notowanych na NewConnect / Incidental 16a infringement of Good Practices of Companies Listed on NC

Zarząd Spółki Planet Soft S.A. z siedzibą we Wrocławiu ("Emitent", "Spółka") informuje o incydentalnym naruszeniu przez Spółkę zasady nr 16a Dobrych Praktyk Spółek Notowanych na NewConnect w zakresie nieterminowego przekazania raportu okresowego za III kwartał 2013 r. nr 46/2013 z dnia 15 listopada 2013 r.
Powodem opóźnienia przekazania raportu bieżącego nr 46/2013 były problemy z zalogowaniem się do systemu EBI przez operatora Emitenta. Spółka opublikowała raport kwartalny niezwłocznie po uzyskaniu dostępu do systemu EBI. W związku z zaistniałą sytuacją, Spółka deklaruje dalsze rzetelne i staranne wypełnianie obowiązków informacyjnych.

"Dobre praktyki spółek notowanych na NewConnect", zmienionych Uchwałą Nr 293/2010 Zarządu Giełdy Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie S.A. z dnia 31 marca 2010 r. w sprawie zmiany dokumentu "Dobre Praktyki Spółek Notowanych na NewConnect".
Board of Directors Planet Soft PLC based in Wrocław ( the "Issuer" or "the Company " ) announces the incidental breach by the Company of Rule 16a Good Practices of Companies Listed on NewConnect of delayed submitting the interim report for the third quarter of 2013 , No. 46/2013 of 15 November , 2013 .
The reason delay the transmission of the current report no 46/2013 there were problems with logging into the EBI system by the operator of the Issuer. The company published a quarterly report as soon as it becomes available to the EBI . In view of the situation , the Company undertakes to further fair and thorough fulfillment of disclosure .
Legal basis : Legal basis : § 5 . 1 item 1) in connection with § 6 . 9 Exhibit 3 to the Alternative Trading System "Current and Periodical Information in the Alternative Trading System on New Connect market" in conjunction. Section 16a of Appendix 1 to Resolution No. 795/2008 of the Management Board dated 31 October 2008 "Best Practices NewConnect companies " , as amended by Resolution No. 293/2010 of the Management Board of the Warsaw of 31 March 2010 on the amendment of the "Best Practices of Companies Listed on NewConnect" .
