Zarząd Planet Soft S.A. ("Emitent") informuje, iż działając na podstawie upoważnienia zawartego w Uchwale nr 6 Nadzwyczajnego Walnego Zgromadzenia Emitenta z dnia 18 listopada 2013 roku w sprawie podwyższenia kapitału zakładowego Spółki w drodze emisji akcji zwykłych na okaziciela serii C, z zachowaniem prawa poboru akcji serii C oraz zmiany statutu, w dniu 5 grudnia 2013 r. podjął uchwałę w sprawie ustalenia ceny emisyjnej akcji serii C w wysokości 0,51 zł (słownie pięćdziesiąt jeden groszy) za jedną akcję.

§ 3 pkt 1 Załącznika Nr 3 do Regulaminu Alternatywnego Systemu Obrotu "Informacje bieżące i okresowe przekazywane w alternatywnym systemie obrotu na rynku NewConnect".

The Board Planet Soft SA (The "Issuer") announces that, acting on the basis of the authorization contained in Resolution No. 6 of the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Issuer dated 18 November 2013 on the share capital increase through the issue of ordinary bearer shares of series C, with a right to subscribe to shares of series C and changes in the statute, on 5 December 2013 adopted a resolution on the issue price of shares of series C of 0.51 zł (say fifty one cents) per share.
