Zarząd Planet Soft S.A. ("Emitent") informuje, iż w dniu 18 grudnia 2013 r. Emitent otrzymał uchwałę nr 990/13 Zarządu Krajowego Depozytu Papierów Wartościowych S.A. w Warszawie, w wyniku której postanowiono zarejestrować w dniu 20 grudnia 2013 r. w Krajowym Depozycie Papierów Wartościowych 1.000.000 (jeden milion) jednostkowych praw poboru akcji zwykłych na okaziciela serii C Emitenta o wartości nominalnej 0,10 zł (dziesięć groszy) każda, emitowanych na podstawie Uchwały nr 6 Nadzwyczajnego Walnego Zgromadzenia Spółki z dnia 18 listopada 2013 r. i nadać im kod PLPLNTS00024, z zastrzeżeniem, że jeśli nie nastąpią wszystkie przesłanki dematerializacji jednostkowych praw poboru, o których mowa powyżej, w dniu 20 grudnia 2013 r. Krajowy Depozyt dokona czynności rejestracyjnych mających na celu wyłącznie wykonanie obsługi realizacji praw pierwszeństwa do objęcia akcji zwykłych na okaziciela serii C Emitenta przysługujących akcjonariuszom Spółki Planet Soft S.A.

The Board Planet Soft SA (The "Issuer ") announces that on 18 December 2013 , the Issuer received the Resolution No. 990/13 of the National Depository for Securities in Warsaw , as a result of which it was decided to register on 20 December 2013 in the National Depository for Securities 1,000,000 ( one million) pre-emptive rights of ordinary bearer shares series C Issuer with a nominal value of 0.10 zł (ten cents ) each, issued pursuant to Resolution No. 6 of the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company dated 18 November 2013 and give them the code PLPLNTS00024 , with the proviso that if it does not occur all the conditions for the dematerialisation of pre-emptive rights referred to above , on 20 December 2013, the National deposit shall proceed with registration in order to exclusively perform manual implementation of the priority rights to subscribe for ordinary shares of series C bearer shares of the Issuer's shareholders entitled Planet Soft SA
