Zarząd Planet Soft S.A. z siedzibą we Wrocławiu podaje do wiadomości harmonogram publikowania raportów okresowych w 2014 roku. Raporty okresowe będą przekazywane do publicznej wiadomości w następujących terminach:

- raport kwartalny za IV kwartał 2013 roku - 12 lutego 2014 r.

- raport kwartalny za I kwartał 2014 roku - 13 maja 2014 r.

- raport kwartalny za II kwartał 2014 roku - 12 sierpnia 2014 r.

- raport kwartalny za III kwartał 2014 roku - 12 listopada 2014 r.

Raport roczny za rok 2013 - 2 czerwca 2014 r.

Ewentualne zmiany dat przekazywania raportów okresowych będą podane do wiadomości w formie raportu bieżącego.

Podstawa prawna: § 6 ust. 14.1 Załącznika Nr 3 do Regulaminu Alternatywnego Systemu Obrotu "Informacje bieżące i okresowe przekazywane w alternatywnym systemie obrotu na rynku NewConnect".

The Board Planet Soft SA of Wrocław announces a schedule of periodic reports in 2014. Periodic reports will be communicated to the public on the following dates:

− quarterly report for the fourth quarter of 2013 - February 12, 2014

− quarterly report for the first quarter of 2014 years - May 13, 2014

− quarterly report for the second quarter of 2014 years - August 12, 2014

− quarterly report for the third quarter of 2014 years - November 12, 2014

Annual report for the year 2013 - June 2, 2014

Any change in the dates for periodic reports will be announced in a current report.
