Zarząd Planet Soft S.A. z siedzibą we Wrocławiu ("Emitent", "Spółka") niniejszym informuje, iż w dniu 30 stycznia 2014 r. Zarząd Spółki PAYOWA sp. z o.o. (Emitent posiada 100,00% kapitału zakładowego oraz 100,00% udziału w ogólnej liczbie głosów na Zgromadzeniu Wspólników) złożył do Polskiej Agencji Rozwoju Przedsiębiorczości wniosek o dofinansowanie projektu pn. " Wdrożenie systemu odroczonych płatności w sklepach internetowych przez Payowa Sp. z o.o." w ramach Programu Operacyjnego Innowacyjna Gospodarka, Priorytet 8: Społeczeństwo informacyjne - zwiększanie innowacyjności gospodarki, Działanie 8.2: Wspieranie wdrażania elektronicznego biznesu typu B2B.
Projekt ma na celu opracowanie technologii umożliwiającej wprowadzenie na rynek innowacyjnej usługi płatniczej PAYOWA do sklepów internetowych w Polsce i za granicą.
Wartość całego projektu opiewa na kwotę 400.242,00 zł (94.474,68 EUR), w tym zgodnie z założeniami kwota dofinansowania dla Payowa Sp. z o.o. wyniesie 280 .169,40 zł (66.132,28 EUR) .
Zarząd Emitenta podjął decyzję o publikacji niniejszej informacji z uwagi na jej spodziewany pozytywny wpływ na perspektywy rozwoju Emitenta oraz jego Grupy Kapitałowej, ze względu na fakt realizacji celu strategicznego, tj. budowa i rozwój Grupy Kapitałowej Planet Soft S.A., o której Emitent informował w Dokumencie Informacyjnym z dnia 19 lipca 2012 r.

(Issuer holds 100.00 % of the share capital and 100.00 % of the total number of votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders ) by the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development for funding the project entitled . "The implementation of the system of delayed payment at online stores by Payowa Sp. z oo " within the Innovative Economy Operational Programme , Priority 8 : Information society - increasing innovation economy , Measure 8.2: Support for implementation of B2B e-business
The project aims to develop technology to launch an innovative payment service PAYOWA to online stores in Poland and abroad.
The value of the project amounts to EUR 400,242.00 zł ( 94,474.68 EUR) , including in line with the amount of funding for Payowa Ltd will be 280 .169,40 zł ( 66,132.28 EUR) .
Issuer's Management Board has decided to publish this information due to its expected positive impact on the development prospects of the Issuer and its capital group , due to the fact that the implementation of the strategic objective , namely the construction and development of the Group's Planet Soft PLC, the Issuer in the Information Document of 19 July 2012
