Zarząd Spółki Planet Soft S.A. z siedzibą we Wrocławiu ("Emitent", "Spółka") niniejszym informuje, iż w dniu 5 stycznia 2014 r. spółka Rearden Technology S.A., w której Emitent posiada 45,3% udziałów w kapitale zakładowym oraz głosów na WZ, podpisała umowę o dofinansowanie projektu pt. "Zakup i wdrożenie nowoczesnego systemu B2B szansą na dynamiczny rozwój firmy Rearden Technology S.A.", w ramach Programu Operacyjnego Innowacyjna Gospodarka Działanie 8.2. “Wspieranie wdrażania elektronicznego biznesu typu B2B", z Polską Agencja Rozwoju Przedsiębiorczości. Emitent informował o rekomendacji do dofinansowania w komunikacie EBI nr 34/2013.
Zarząd Spółki wskazuje, iż uzyskana przez Rearden Technology S.A. kwota dofinansowania to 448.000,00 zł (czterysta czterdzieści osiem tysięcy złotych), natomiast całkowita wartość projektu netto wynosi 640.000,00 zł (sześćset czterdzieści tysięcy złotych).
Głównym celem realizowanego projektu jest stworzenie i wdrożenie innowacyjnego systemu B2B do automatycznej komunikacji biznesowej pomiędzy Wnioskodawcą a jego Partnerami, co stanowić będzie niezbędne ogniwo realizowanych w ramach systemu procesów biznesowych.
Zarząd Emitenta podjął decyzję o publikacji wyżej wymienionej informacji z uwagi na spodziewany istotny pozytywny jej wpływ na sytuację gospodarczą, majątkową i finansową Emitenta oraz jego Grupy Kapitałowej w przyszłości. Ponadto, szacowana wartość dofinansowania w ramach ww. umowy przekracza 20% wartości kapitałów własnych Emitenta, wykazanej w ostatnim opublikowanym sprawozdaniu finansowym.

The Management Board Planet Soft SA of Wrocław ( the "Issuer" or "the Company ") hereby announces that on 5 January 2014 , the company Rearden Technology SA , in which the Issuer holds 45.3 % stake in the share capital and votes at the General Meeting , has signed a grant agreement project Fri "The acquisition and implementation of a modern system of B2B opportunity for dynamic development of the company Rearden Technology SA ", in the framework of the Operational Programme Innovative Economy Measure 8.2. " Supporting the implementation of B2B e-business ", the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development . Issuer informed about the recommendations for financing the EIB Communication No. 34/2013 .
The Management Board points out that obtained by Rearden Technology SA grant amount is 448,000.00 zł ( four hundred forty-eight thousand zlotys) , while the total net value of the project amounts to 640,000.00 zł ( six hundred and forty thousand zlotys).
The main objective of the project is to develop and implement an innovative B2B system for automated business communications between the Applicant and its partners , which will be an essential link in the system implemented business processes.
Issuer's Management Board has decided to publish the above-mentioned information in view of the expected significant positive impact on the economic situation and financial standing of the Issuer and its Group in the future. In addition , the estimated value of the grant in the framework of the above . agreement exceeds 20 % of the equity of the Issuer , shown in the last published financial statements.
