Korekta raportu kwartalnego za IV kwartał 2013 // Correction of the quarterly report for the 4th quarter of 2013

Zarząd Spółki Planet Soft S.A. z siedzibą we Wrocławiu ("Spółka", "Emitent") niniejszym przekazuje korektę raportu kwartalnego za IV kwartał 2013 r. opublikowanego w systemie EBI nr 4/2014 z dnia 12 lutego 2014 r.
Korekta wynika z nieprawidłowości w księgach Emitenta, jakie miały miejsce w okresie prowadzenia ksiąg Spółki przez poprzednie biuro rachunkowe. W związku z tym, Zarząd Emitenta rozwiązał umowę z poprzednim podmiotem, a następnie zlecił prowadzenie ksiąg rachunkowych przez doświadczone biuro rachunkowe.
Jednocześnie Zarząd Emitenta zapewnia dalsze sumienne i staranne wypełnianie obowiązków informacyjnych, w tym przekazywanie w raportach kwartalnych danych finansowych, które rzetelnie odzwierciedlają stan faktyczny, a także deklaruje dołożenie wszelkich starań, aby zaistniała sytuacja nie powtórzyła się przyszłości.
Emitent w załączeniu przekazuje skorygowaną treść raportu kwartalnego za IV kwartał 2013 r. oraz protokół zmian do raportu kwartalnego.

The Management Board Planet Soft PLC of Wrocław ( the "Company ", "Issuer ") hereby submits a correction quarterly report for the fourth quarter of 2013 published in the EBI system No. 4/2014 of 12 February 2014
Correction results from irregularities in the books of the Issuer , which took place during the period of the books of the Company for the previous accounting office . In connection with the Issuer's Management Board terminated the contract with the previous entity , and then commissioned bookkeeping by experienced accountant. .
The Management Board of the Issuer provides more conscientious and diligent fulfillment of disclosure , including the transmission of reports quarterly financial data that accurately reflect the actual situation , and declares make every effort to ensure that the situation was not repeated in the future.
Issuer attached an adjusted content of the quarterly report for the fourth quarter of 2013 and the Protocol of Amendment to the quarterly report .
Legal basis : § 5 . 1 point . 1 of Appendix 3 to the Alternative Trading System "Current and Periodical Information in the Alternative Trading System on the New Connect market" .
