Zarząd Spółki Planet Soft S.A. z siedzibą we Wrocławiu ("Emitent") informuje, iż z dniem 3 marca 2014 r. na podstawie zawartego porozumienia, rozwiązaniu uległa umowa o świadczenie usług Autoryzowanego Doradcy zawarta ze spółką Certus Capital S.A. z siedzibą we Wrocławiu.
Zarząd Planet Soft S.A. podkreśla, iż profesjonalizm, doświadczenie oraz zaangażowanie, z jakim Certus Capital S.A. wypełniała zadania Autoryzowanego Doradcy, przyczyniły się do sprawnego funkcjonowania Emitenta na rynku NewConnect.
Podstawa prawna: § 3 ust. 2 pkt. 18) Załącznika nr 3 do Regulaminu Alternatywnego Systemu Obrotu - Informacje bieżące i okresowe przekazywane w alternatywnym systemie obrotu na rynku NewConnect.
The Management Board Planet Soft SA of Wrocław (the "Issuer") announces that on 3 March 2014 under the agreement, solve has a service contract Authorised Adviser concluded with Certus Capital SA based in Wroclaw.
The Board Planet Soft SA stresses that professionalism, experience and commitment with which Certus Capital SA filled task Authorised Adviser contributed to the smooth functioning of the Issuer on NewConnect.
