Dokonanie przydziału akcji serii C // Making the allotment of shares of series C

Zarząd Planet Soft S.A. ("Emitent") informuje, iż w dniu 10 marca 2014 r. w związku z podjęciem uchwały nr 6 Nadzwyczajnego Walnego Zgromadzenia Akcjonariuszy Planet Soft S.A. z dnia 18 listopada 2013 r., przeprowadzonej w dniach od 17 stycznia 2014 r. do 9 marca 2014 r. oferty publicznej akcji serii C oraz informacji uzyskanych od Krajowego Depozytu Papierów Wartościowych, w dniu 10 marca 2014 r. dokonał przydziału 418.045 akcji zwykłych na okaziciela serii C zrealizowanych w ramach zapisów podstawowych oraz zapisów dodatkowych.
Jednocześnie stwierdza się dojście emisji akcji serii C do skutku. Szczegółowe informacje odnośnie zakończonej subskrypcji zostaną przekazane w odrębnym raporcie bieżącym zgodnie z Regulaminem ASO.

§ 3 pkt 1 Załącznika Nr 3 do Regulaminu Alternatywnego Systemu Obrotu "Informacje bieżące i okresowe przekazywane w alternatywnym systemie obrotu na rynku NewConnect".
The Board Planet Soft PLC (The "Issuer ") announces that on 10 March 2014 in connection with the adoption of Resolution No. 6 of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders Planet Soft SA of 18 November 2013 , conducted from 17 January 2014 to 9 March 2014 public offering of shares of series C and information from the National Depository for Securities on 10 March 2014 , has allocated 418,045 shares ordinary series C bearer carried out under the provisions of the basic and additional subscriptions .
At the same time states handle the issue of series C to effect. Detailed information regarding the completion of the subscription will be reported in a separate current report in accordance with the Rules of the ASO .
