Zarząd Spółki Planet Soft S.A. z siedzibą we Wrocławiu (“Emitent") niniejszym informuje, iż w dniu 14 kwietnia 2014 r. uchwałą Rady Nadzorczej Emitenta wybrano biegłego rewidenta uprawnionego do zbadania sprawozdania finansowego Spółki za rok 2013.
Podmiotem tym została “Kodeks-Consult" Kancelaria księgowa i audytorska sp. z o.o. z siedzibą we Wrocławiu, która posiada wpis do rejestru podmiotów uprawnionych do badania pod numerem 1060.
Podstawa prawna: §3 ust. 1 Załącznika nr 3 do Regulaminu Alternatywnego Systemu Obrotu: “Informacje Bieżące i Okresowe w Alternatywnym Systemie Obrotu".
