Zarząd Planet Soft S.A. z siedzibą we Wrocławiu ("Spółka") zawiadamia, iż w dniu 29 kwietnia 2014 roku do Spółki wpłyneła rezygnacja pana Roberta Krassowskiego ze stanowiska członka Rady Nadzorczej Spółki ze skutkiem na dzień 29 kwietnia 2014 roku. Powodem rezygnacji pana Roberta Krassowskiego z pełnionej funkcji są względy osobiste, kolidujące z wykonywaniem obowiązków w Radzie Nadzorczej Spółki.
