Podpisanie listu intencyjnego z w zakresie współpracy z partnerem zagranicznym // Signing a letter of intent with foreign partner

Zarząd Spółki Planet Soft S.A. z siedzibą we Wrocławiu (“Emitent”, “Spółka”) informuje, że w dniu 6 sierpnia 2014 roku do Spółki wpłynął podpisany list intencyjny z Infinite Area S.r.L. z siedzibą z Montebelluna, Włochy (“Infinite”). Dokument określa ramy współpracy stron w zakresie budowy zrzeszenia akceleratorów i inkubatorów z różnych krajów (“Infinite Aliance Network”) , których celem jest wspólne pozyskiwanie kapitału, klientów lub partnerów strategicznych dla projektów typu startup.
Infinite Alliance Network to międzynarodowa inicjatywa, której członkowie posiadają określony zestaw kompetencji przyczyniających się do rozwoju ekosystemu startup’ów w ich regionie. Celem każdego członka jest pozyskiwanie nowych projektów typu startup i pomoc w ich rozwoju na arenie międzynarodowej przy pomocy innych partnerów działających w Infinite Alliance Network.
Spółka postrzega współpracę z Infinite Alliance Network jako narzędzie do międzynarodowej ekspansji już prowadzonych projektów, ale także jako rynek zbytu na technologie i zweryfikowane modele biznesowe, które opracuje sama lub pozyska w drodze akwizycji.
Podstawa Prawna: § 3 ust. 1 Załącznika nr 3 do Regulaminu Alternatywnego Systemu Obrotu “Informacje bieżące i okresowe przekazywane w alternatywnym systemie obrotu na rynku NewConnect”.

The Management Board Planet Soft SA based in Wrocław (the “Issuer” or “the Company”) informs that on the 6th of August 2014 the Company received a letter of intent with Infinite Area SrL the seat of Montebelluna, Italy (“Infinite”). The document sets out a framework for cooperation between the parties in the construction of accelerators and incubators associations from different countries (“Infinite Alliance Network”), whose purpose is common to raise capital, customers or strategic partners for startup type projects.
Infinite Alliance Network is an international initiative whose members have a defined set of competencies that contribute to the development of the ecosystem startups in their region. The goal of each member is the acquisition of new projects, the type of startup and help their development in the international arena with the other partners in Infinite Alliance Network.
The company sees the cooperation of Infinite Alliance Network as a tool for international expansion projects already undertaken, but also as a market for technology and verified business models that will draw itself or obtains by way of acquisitions.
