Zarząd Spółki Planet Soft S.A. z siedzibą we Wrocławiu (“Emitent”, “Spółka”) informuje o incydentalnym naruszeniu przez Emitenta zasady nr 16a Dobrych Praktyk Spółek Notowanych na NewConnect w zakresie nieterminowego przekazania raportu okresowego za II kwartał 2014 EBI nr 30/2014 z dnia 13 sierpnia 2014 r.
Powodem opóźnienia były przyczyny techniczne nie leżące po stronie Spółki, które miały miejsce w dniu 12 sierpnia 2014 r.,
uniemożliwiające przygotowanie kompletnego raportu kwartalnego.
Spółka dokonała niezwłocznej publikacji raportu w dniu 13 sierpnia 2014 roku
Mając na uwadze dotychczasowe rzetelne i staranne wypełnianie obowiązków informacyjnych przez Emitenta,
Spółka zapewnia, że zaistniała sytuacja miała charakter incydentalny, a także deklaruje dalsze terminowe wywiązywanie się z obowiązków informacyjnych,
a także dołożenie wszelkich starań, aby zaistniała sytuacja nie powtórzyła się w przyszłości.
Podstawa prawna: § 3 ust. 1 w związku z § 6 ust. 1 Załącznika Nr 3 do Regulaminu Alternatywnego Systemu Obrotu “Informacje Bieżące i Okresowe przekazywane w alternatywnym systemie obrotu na rynku NewConnect” w zw. pkt 16a Załącznika nr 1 do Uchwały Nr 795/2008 Zarządu Giełdy z dnia 31 października 2008 r. “Dobre praktyki spółek notowanych na NewConnect”, zmienionych Uchwałą Nr 293/2010 Zarządu Giełdy Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie S.A. z dnia 31 marca 2010 r. w sprawie zmiany dokumentu “Dobre Praktyki Spółek Notowanych na NewConnect”.

The Management Board Planet Soft SA with its registered office in Wrocław (the "Issuer" or "the Company") announces the incidental breach by the Issuer of Rule 16a Good Practices of Companies Listed on the NewConnect of delayed submitting the interim report for the second quarter of 2014 the EIB No. 30/2014 of 13 August 2014.
The reason for the delay were technical reasons not attributable to the Company, which took place on 12 August 2014.,
prevent the complete preparation of the quarterly report.
The Company has immediate publication of the report on 13 August 2014 years
Taking into consideration the fair and diligent fulfillment of the information obligations of the Issuer,
The company ensures that the situation was a step, and declares further timely fulfillment of reporting obligations,
and make every effort to ensure that the situation was not repeated in the future.

Spółka dokonała niezwłocznej publikacji raportu w dniu 13 sierpnia 2014 roku
Mając na uwadze dotychczasowe rzetelne i staranne wypełnianie obowiązków informacyjnych przez Emitenta,
Spółka zapewnia, że zaistniała sytuacja miała charakter incydentalny, a także deklaruje dalsze terminowe wywiązywanie się z obowiązków informacyjnych,
a także dołożenie wszelkich starań, aby zaistniała sytuacja nie powtórzyła się w przyszłości.
