Zarząd Spółki Planet Soft S.A. z siedzibą we Wrocławiu (“Emitent”, “Spółka”) informuje, że w dniu 23 września 2014 roku Spółka otrzymała postanowienie Sądu Rejonowego Dla Wrocławia Fabrycznej VI Wydział Gospodarczy Krajowego Rejestru Sądowego z dnia 17 września 2014 roku w sprawie wpisu akcji serii D w liczbie 1 125 000.
