Postanowienie Sądu w sprawie wpisu emisji akcji serii D i E // Order of the Court on the entry of shares of series D and E

Zarząd Spółki Planet Soft S.A. z siedzibą we Wrocławiu (“Emitent”, “Spółka”) informuje, że w dniu 27 października 2014 roku Spółka otrzymała postanowienie Sądu Rejonowego Dla Wrocławia Fabrycznej VI Wydział Gospodarczy Krajowego Rejestru Sądowego z dnia 17 października 2014 roku w sprawie uzupełnienia postanowienia tego sądu z dnia 17 września 2014 roku. Po otrzymaniu postanowienie z dnia 17 września 2014 roku, Spółka wniosła o jego uzupełnienie gdyż postanowienie nie było zgodne z wnioskiem Spółki. Efektem tych działań jest otrzymana przez Spółkę postanowienie z dnia 17 października 2014.

The Management Board Planet Soft PLC of Wrocław (the "Issuer" or "the Company") announces that on the 27th of October, 2014, the Company received the decision of the District Court for Wroclaw Fabryczna VI Commercial Division of the National Court Register from the 17th of October 2014, on completion of the order of that court of the 17th of September 2014. Upon receipt of the decision made on the 17th of September 2014, the Company filed a supplement because of its decision was not in line with the Company. The result is received by the Company's Order of the 17th of October , 2014.
