Druga korekta raportu EBI nr 34/2014 w sprawie aktualnej struktury kapitału Spółki // Second correction of the report EBI 34/2014 on the current capital structu

Zarząd Spółki Planet Soft S.A. z siedzibą we Wrocławiu (dalej: Emitent) informuje, iż w raporcie EBI nr 34/2014 błędnie zostały podane liczby akcji poszczególnych emisji z powodu oczywistej omyłki pisarskiej.
W związku z powyższym Emitent podaje do wiadomości publicznej treść raportu po korekcie:
Zarząd Spółki Planet Soft S.A. z siedzibą we Wrocławiu (“Emitent”, “Spółka”) w celu doprecyzowania ostatnich zmian w kapitale zakładowym Spółki informuje, iż struktura kapitału spółki jest następująca:
2.000.000 akcji imienny uprzywilejowanych serii A,
1.000.000 akcji zwykłych na okaziciela serii B,
418.045 akcji zwykłych na okaziciela serii C,
1.125.000 akcji zwykłych na okaziciela serii D,
1.125.000 akcji zwykłych na okaziciela serii E.

The Management Board Planet Soft PLC of Wrocław (the Issuer) announces that the EIB report No. 34/2014 mistakenly been given the number of shares of each issue because of the obvious misprint.
Therefore, the issuer shall make public the content of the report after the correction:
The Management Board Planet Soft SA of Wrocław (the "Issuer" or "the Company") in order to clarify the recent changes in the share capital of the Company announces that the company's capital structure is as follows:
2,000,000 shares of series A personal preference,
1,000,000 ordinary bearer shares of series B,
418,045 shares of common bearer C,
1,125,000 shares of common bearer D,
1,125,000 shares of common bearer E.
