Zarząd Planet Soft S.A. z siedzibą we Wrocławiu podaje do wiadomości harmonogram publikowania raportów okresowych w 2015 roku. Raporty okresowe będą przekazywane do publicznej wiadomości w następujących terminach:


– raport kwartalny za IV kwartał 2014 roku – 12 lutego 2015 r.


– raport kwartalny za I kwartał 2015 roku – 13 maja 2015 r.


– raport kwartalny za II kwartał 2015 roku – 12 sierpnia 2015 r.


– raport kwartalny za III kwartał 2015 roku – 12 listopada 2015 r.

Raport roczny za rok 2014 – 2 czerwca 2015 r.

Ewentualne zmiany dat przekazywania raportów okresowych będą podane do wiadomości w formie raportu bieżącego.

Podstawa prawna: § 6 ust. 14.1 Załącznika Nr 3 do Regulaminu Alternatywnego Systemu Obrotu “Informacje bieżące i okresowe przekazywane w alternatywnym systemie obrotu na rynku NewConnect”.

The Board Planet Soft SA of Wrocław announces a schedule of periodic reports in 2015. Periodic reports will be communicated to the public on the following dates:


− quarterly report for the fourth quarter of 2014 – February 12, 2015


− quarterly report for the first quarter of 2015 – May 13, 2015

− quarterly report for the second quarter of 2015 – August 12, 2015


− quarterly report for the third quarter of 2015 – November 12, 2015

Annual report for the year 2014 – June 2, 2015

Any change in the dates for periodic reports will be announced in a current report.
